Surprised in the best way!
The stunning views from the 20th-floor room were nothing short of spectacular. The private beach was a dream, with no vendors disrupting the tranquility. We enjoyed excellent food and attentive service, especially at the specialty restaurants. The bike tours and wellness activities added a unique touch to our stay. Can't wait to return!

Amazing private beach with beautiful views!
Our stay was incredibly frustrating. The air conditioning in our room didn’t cool enough, leaving us restless at night. We also faced issues with room service. only two warm bottles of water were provided daily, and we had to continually ask for more. The long distances between our room and amenities were tiring, making the overall experience feel cumbersome.

Had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful sunset views from my room and relaxing at the poolside bar. The beachfront access was perfect for lazy days. The pool was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The only hiccup was a slight wait for my room key, but it didn’t ruin the overall vibe of the trip! 🌅

The view from our room was breathtaking, with a stunning ocean panorama every morning. The private beach at Las Brisas is fantastic, offering soft sand and crystal-clear water. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and how well the resort blends with the surroundings. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations, with a great variety of options and a made-to-order omelet station. Service at the beach was prompt and friendly. However, the resort isn't very close to town, and walking into Ixtapa takes a good 20 minutes with some uphill paths. This might be inconvenient if you're looking for more dining options outside the hotel. The all-inclusive plan needs clarity. we were surprised by additional charges for simple items, which was frustrating. It felt contrary to the all-inclusive concept when basic snacks and beverages seemed surprisingly unincluded.

Amazing sunsets and chill vibes
This place has the best sunset views and a lovely beach that's perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed hanging at the bar by the pool and snacking at the beachfront snack bar, which was super tasty! Just a heads up, the check-in took longer than expected and there's a lot of walking involved, so be ready for that!

The view from our oceanfront room was breathtaking, and the beach offered a peaceful escape with comfortable loungers and no vendors. However, the check-in process was confusing, lacking clear communication on restaurant menus and available activities. Additionally, while the beach was fantastic, smoking near the pools detracted from the overall experience.
