las brisas ixtapa is a gem! the private beach is stunning, with plenty of palapas, and the beach staff are super friendly. we loved the romantic dinner at brisas ii with its beautiful setting. our room was clean, with a fantastic view, and the whale watching in the afternoon was unforgettable.

Our stay was incredibly frustrating. The air conditioning in our room didn’t cool enough, leaving us restless at night. We also faced issues with room service. only two warm bottles of water were provided daily, and we had to continually ask for more. The long distances between our room and amenities were tiring, making the overall experience feel cumbersome.
